↪India-Africa trade has shown a slump in recent years.
↪India's investment level in Africa has come down while china's has burgeoned
●Inter-Creditor Agreement (ICA);-
↪to speed up the resolution of stressed assets of Rs 50 crore and above
↪was framed under the aegis of the "Indian Banks’ Association"
↪if 2/3rd(66%)of the lenders in terms of aggregate exposure approve, then the resolution plan is binding on all the lenders.
↪NBFC also expected to sign the agreement.

•The right to demonstration or picketing but not right to strike.(j)
•Right to telecast(e)
•Right against bundh called by political party or organization(f)
•Right against tapping of telephonic conversation(d) etc.
●Privilege Motion;-
↪It is concerned with the breach of parliamentary privileges by a minister
↪privilege motion can move against any member of parliament

↪ranks the states of India from the lens of governance
